In 2007, Peter’s son Greg joined the family business aged 17, completing a mechanical engineering services apprenticeship whilst under the watchful eye of his mentor, who instilled his determined work ethic alongside valuable industry knowledge, understanding and expertise.
This provided Greg with a critical insight into the practical methods used on site in all sectors of the mechanical services industry. Peter continued to further Greg’s development by expanding his role in the business, involving him in every aspect of the companies activities to include client meetings, project estimating, site management and much more.
Forever working together as a team, cooperatively and collaboratively with their clients, this became the catalyst for MFL to evolve further and continue its successful development, resulting in the business expanding its workforce and ensured continual growth into varying sectors ever since.
