Project – Hygiene Cleaning System and Washroom Equipment

MFLs works included the supply and installation of a new QJS hygiene washdown system throughout the FMP production facility, consisting of 1 x chemical dilution pump sets and 16 x hygiene satellite units complete with overhead Nita hose tracking systems, 2 x 3000 litre chemical bulk storage tanks, 1 x 1000L CWS break tank and 1 x Emergency Safety shower.
The required CWS, HWS, compressed air, sanitiser and detergent chemical pipework services were installed for supplies from the external plant room to the new hygiene cleaning system, industrial machinery and CIP equipment.
Throughout the project MFL were also tasked with installing other services, including various personnel hand washing stations, thermal insulation of pipework and other general factory pipework / plumbing services.
A new external plant room was fitted out to house the required chemical pumping stations, CWS break tank, chemical bulk storage tanks and emergency safety shower.
